| When you own a TourGreens putting green by Augusta Lawn & Green, you own the finest synthetic
putting and chipping surface available. We combine the experience
of TourGreens of Georgia founded by PGA Touring professional Kenny
Knox with the quality and design excellence of Augusta Lawn &
Green’s owner and PGA professional Rob Blackburn. |
Not only will you see the difference in our greens, but you’ll
experience it. Rob treats every project as a unique and new golf
course creation, capturing the realistic slopes and undulations
found on a genuine championship course. Whether you’re a single
digit handicap seeking fast tournament conditions or a recreational
golfer searching for pure enjoyment, we’ll create a surface
for you. You will feel the closest you’ve ever felt to being
on the golf course of “your” dreams while remaining
in the comfort of your back yard!
We recognize that everyone has their own preferences when it comes
to size, speed, undulation and use which is why we customize your
green and offer two options when it comes to materials: |

Nylon – Nylon putting greens are recommended for those seeking
a true putting surface but have restricted space or limited access.
Speeds can range from 8-10 on the stemp meter. Nylon provides a
great surface for putting however is not the surface of choice for
those looking to work on their short game as well.
|
Polypropylene– Our polypropylene greens are recommended for
all greens exceeding 500 square feet (provided adequate access is
available). These greens are ideal for those looking to work on
their entire short game. These greens will not only roll like a
genuine putting green, they will react to chips, pitches and even
full iron shots just like the real thing.
We use only the finest in-fill sands and top dressing material on
the market to ensure our greens remain receptive for years to come.
If you want your shots to check and release like the real thing
time and time again, this green is for you! |
